Shipping policy
DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 24–48 working hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details to monitor your delivery status.
Please ensure that your email address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout to receive timely updates.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We offer exchange and return requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to our quality inspection process. All return and exchange requests must pass a quality check.
Refunds for approved return requests are issued in the form of a credit note only. Credit notes are shared with the registered email address. Cash refunds are not provided, except where required by law.
REFUND METHOD
Approved returns receive a credit note after successful quality approval. Credit notes can be redeemed on future purchases from our website. If an exchange product is unavailable due to stock issues, a credit note will be issued instead.
RETURN / EXCHANGE FEE
A handling fee of ₹150 is applicable on all return and exchange requests. This fee covers logistics and quality-check costs.
EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS
Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Our courier partner will attempt a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours, with a maximum of two attempts.
If the pickup is unsuccessful due to address issues or service unavailability, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse. Reverse pickup availability depends on your serviceable PIN code.
QUALITY CHECK & APPROVAL
After the product is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection. Once approved, the exchange or credit note is processed.
We reserve the right to reject return or exchange requests if the product shows signs of use or damage, or if original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.
EXCHANGE DELIVERY TIMELINE
Approved exchange orders are delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on product availability and delivery location.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, an alternative product may be offered or a credit note will be issued for future use.
CREDIT NOTE VALIDITY
All credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Any unused credit note balance will automatically expire after this period.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and all sales are considered final.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any prepaid amount will not be refunded if the order is refused or remains undelivered due to customer-related reasons.
SALE PURCHASE POLICY
Products purchased during sale or discount periods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No refunds, size changes, or exchanges are allowed on sale items. This policy overrides the standard return and exchange policy.
Sale delivery timelines may extend up to 15 working days. By placing a sale order, you agree to these terms.
DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hampershine@gmail.com along with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images of the product.
After verification, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit. Claims raised after 7 days may not be accepted.
